Bug's first road trip 3/26/09
Didn't get a chance to post this last night after our long day of driving but Bug survived his first MAJOR road trip relatively unscathed yesterday :) He slept on and off and gave out a MILLION smiles along the way :)

Last night the sister and 2 friends of mine went to dinner at Smith and Wollensky's...one of the joys of this city is that we have RESTAURANT WEEK! Most of the restaurants have a prix fixe menu that you can get dinner for 33.09 :) FUN :)
So we asked them last night to stick a candle in my sisters Creme Brulee for her Birthday :)

Today was the "Mock Walk" and I got to finally meet some of my Youth Crew kiddos. They are all just fantastic and we had a blast. At the end of the day...when the sun finally warmed things up....this BIG worm came out of the ground...gross!

A beautiful sunset...
in honor of a beautiful woman. Today was the funeral of one of my dearest friends mothers. It really was a beautiful day weather wise and such a testament to the beautiful life that Cathy led. It is only fitting that we have a beautiful picture to share with her.

Elephant in the bathroom
So tonight I'm staying at a hotel waiting for my flight in the morning to Indy and I walk into the bathroom and see this! I've only ever seen a towel animal on a cruise...how cool is this huh????
